I can almost guarantee you that they aren't using the device properly. All those liquids were shown at 0mg Nicotine. If it's making them cough, and tasting burnt, they either didn't let the wicks saturate, or they have the devices turned all the way up and are burning the liquid. That makes for a bad vape.
