That's pretty true. I definitely think it deserves criticism, but I think that Gawker/Jez in particular have gone way overboard on it.

My university's Voices for Planned Parenthood club has an entire officer position devoted to coordinating escorts at the local abortion clinic (PP doesn't do them here). I haven't had the chance to go along yet, but it's one of the things that we do that I'm the most proud of.
