Yeah - that's exactly how I felt when I started to see my photos circulate in articles. I genuinely had one of those "oh fuck" moments, but oh well. I'd rather go down in a shit storm than site idly by.

Indeed! I know that if I wanted to get technical with it, I could, but I feel like her dogs are probably a bit bigger than mine. Even though it definitely would've had a huge positive impact on my business had I received proper credit in real time.

Nope she did not. I didn't sign any waiver or contract with her or her team. I contacted the PR team about attending, they gave me a ticket. I attended, posted said photo on Twitter, and then her team reposted it on Instagram and shared it to her other channels.

BUT she has started to credit all photographers on her Instagram photos as of yesterday when my comments about her reusing my photos on Instagram without permission were circulated in articles on Jezebel, etc. SO her team is listening, just not making a statement.

Thanks for including me in this article coverage - definitely appreciated! I totally support Taylor for standing up for indie artists, but she should stand up for ALL indie artists, not just indie music artists.
