People will just drive family members’ cars. There’s always a way around these rules, and penalties like this will increase the number of uninsured drivers on the roads. In my state estimates say 1 in 5 drivers have no insurance.

I work in Port Everglades. This yacht is huge but not the biggest that’s tied up here. This area is the megayacht capital of the world.

I have a 1994 NA. The turbos have known issues but the NA engines are very reliable, and overall they are about as good as you can expect from a 30 year old vehicle.

This for sure. You can easily buy a very nice  TT manual Z32 for the price of a NA auto Supra. They aren’t REALLY 40K either. Maybe a few outlier museum pieces on the auction sites but most good ones are high 20s/low 30s.

JetBlue is getting worse. I used to love flying them but their newer planes have noticeably less room. They are not as bad as Spirit but worse than Delta for sure.

Probably at some point but I haven’t seen anything on the market yet.

I’ve seen a few but they are very rare. I own a 1994 300ZX and should really be the target market for the Z but I can’t get past the grille. If they ever sell a version with the grille from the customized version they showed in Tokyo I’d probably buy it.

I went to look at a car advertised at $7000 recently. The dealer told me after their fees, taxes, financing charges, etc. the total price would be around $13k. I just turned and walked away. The audacity of expecting double the advertised price is amazing to me.

Interesting, might need to run some prices. I have a 4Runner daily and a 300ZX insured separately with Hagerty. Maybe adding a fun car is less cost prohibitive than I thought, but I do live in an area with expensive insurance.

Tacoma or 4Runner are obvious answers. Both are very good at their intended purposes and dead reliable. My 2012 4Runner has had zero mechanical issues and has aged very well. People I drive around are consistently impressed when I tell them how old it is.

Are all these insured? Are there some fleet discounts when you own this many vehicles? I have two cars and would love another but insurance alone holds me back.

THE LEFT LANE IS FOR PASSING!!!!!!

If I had a dollar for every time I’ve been stuck behind someone sitting in the left lane with their cruise control at or below the speed limit, while everyone passed them on the right, I’d have a private jet by now.

Absolutely, it’s very hard to think of an individual vehicle that had a more dramatic affect on history.

And yet the new Defender still ended up looking almost identical to them.

I like it, it looks like the old Defender Roadster concept car LR did years ago.

They do. They put a little sticker over the straw hole when they hand it to you. If the sticker is intact, you are not violating open container laws.

Well this was never meant to be a volume product, if it sells out I’m sure Toyota counts that as a great success.

The Century sedan sells, I’m sure the SUV will as well. I have not seen any mention of Toyota offering it outside Japan.

This is an absolutely ridiculous and borderline communist infringement of our freedoms!! Golf Cart rights are one of the single most important issues facing our state, it attacks the heart of our culture. This is a slippery slope and they’ll be trying to make it illegal to drive golf carts drunk next.
