I rented one through Turo recently for a ski trip, I thought it drove great and had plenty of power. I really want to try the V6 now, I’m sure it’s a blast.

Totally agree, these far left calls to defund/abolish the police alienate huge swaths of voters and are making it harder to actually effect real reforms. We need police, but we can make police forces less militarized and increase accountability.

Seconding this, we treat drunk driving more seriously than rape in the US. We have mandatory fines, license suspensions, ignition interlock, jail time and probation tiered to the severity of the DUI. You will at a bare minimum lose your license for six months and have an interlock when you get it back. 

They also sell the CLA “coupe” which is basically the same car but prettier.

I’m no Tesla Stan, but this is a stupid thing to criticize them for. Wouldn’t the boombox itself serve as an effective auditory warning that an EV is approaching? If it’s louder than the statutory warning noises that should make it even more effective. Probably one of those cases where the letter of the law…

I have personally never had a bad experience with Turo, but as with an Airbnb you’re at the mercy of an individual. Some hosts are great and some are not.

I’m 6'4", when I sit in the back of a Corolla my head is pushed down by the roof of the car. Granted I’m above average on height but the backseat of most compacts is not a comfortable place to be. I agree. It was basically unplayable when new but I made some major upgrades to my PC a months ago and between the patches and my upgrades it now runs perfectly fine, great game! 

I love them too but I’ll fully admit their recent content has been a bit stale and uninspired, with the exception of a few highlights like the Vietnam boat special that I quite enjoyed. Glad to hear they’ve made something worth watching.
