They also sell the CLA “coupe” which is basically the same car but prettier.

I’m no Tesla Stan, but this is a stupid thing to criticize them for. Wouldn’t the boombox itself serve as an effective auditory warning that an EV is approaching? If it’s louder than the statutory warning noises that should make it even more effective. Probably one of those cases where the letter of the law

Shame on you for insulting us like that! True Floridians have at least 3 firearms in our cars at any given time, not one measly 9mm.

I have personally never had a bad experience with Turo, but as with an Airbnb you’re at the mercy of an individual. Some hosts are great and some are not.

This is most likely intended to be a “support yacht”. Some billionaires don’t want all their toys and gear cluttering up their fancy main yacht, so they commission a second vessel as essentially a floating garage to follow the main yacht around.

100% this, I game in the same ergonomic mesh office chair I use for work, I’ve never sat in a gaming chair that can match the comfort.

I’m 6'4", when I sit in the back of a Corolla my head is pushed down by the roof of the car. Granted I’m above average on height but the backseat of most compacts is not a comfortable place to be. I’m told getting car seats in the back of vehicles this size is also very difficult. I can definitely see why a family

Everyone I know that owns a jet ski has them in addition to a boat, not instead of one.

People didn’t like that grill design when Edsel tried it, I have no idea why Subaru thought they’d get different results.

I agree. It was basically unplayable when new but I made some major upgrades to my PC a months ago and between the patches and my upgrades it now runs perfectly fine, great game!

I love them too but I’ll fully admit their recent content has been a bit stale and uninspired, with the exception of a few highlights like the Vietnam boat special that I quite enjoyed. Glad to hear they’ve made something worth watching.

That Nissan ad is honestly a significant part of why I own a 300ZX.

It would have to be a higher spec V8 Rover to get mileage that bad, the V6 supercharged actually gets very good mileage for a full size SUV

Maybe I’m misinterpreting, I read that as them not covering ATVs, but covering street legal vehicles while off road.

It honestly never occurred to me that AAA or insurance would cover offroad towing, when I got my SUV stuck I just ate the cost of the tow.

Donnie Brasco had some sweet cars. Lots of cool older Caddies plus the 6.9 Merc and the classic 911 they tow behind a Caddy.

I’m in FL but the friends who bought the car are in NC.

Recommendations are all well and good but in this market they can be useless. I had a friend recently who was shopping for a 3-row crossover. I recommended Telluride & CX-9. He ended up with a Subaru Ascent because unlike the options I recommended the dealer had several on the lot and was willing to sell for MSRP

This is one of the funniest things I’ve seen on Jalopnik in a while, well done. Someone in my condo building has a PT GT Vert, in blue unfortunately not purple. I keep wanting to catch a glimpse of the owner but no luck yet.

If there’s a Type S coming, and there probably is, I might by it. The Civic Type R is too weird looking and I prefer a more premium interior. I like the practicality of hatchbacks and the availability of a stick. I also owned a 1994 Integra back when I was in college and have fond memories of that car. I’m basically
