I buy tons of stuff costco-branded. In fact, the name brand stuff there does not always have a good discount absent coupons (e.g., Haagen Daaz). Kirkland stuff I buy includes: laundry soap, fabric softener, dish soap, dishwasher soap, phosphate-free shampoo & conditioner, nitrile gloves; store-packed meats like beef,

1. English men in my experience are much more polite, interesting, and genuine than American men. Maybe people are inclined to give them a pass because they have lovely personalities.

So get glasses. My last pair lasted 3 years and some people can make them go for 5 or more.

Glasses are SUPER low-maintenance. Do eet.

Apparently Queen E is the one that dictates she must wear dresses to all events - only the sport related ones (volleyball...) has she worn jeans.

Yeeeah I remember reading that when I was just a little too young for it. Surprisingly, it was not the sex scene that stuck with me the longest. That was probably the first post-apocalyptic novel I ever read.

My mum was really into scifi so I was a little afraid of it as a genre. At about 12 I decided to dip my toe into the adjacent genre, fantasy. Big mistake. I read this whole series, and they got progressively weirder with more and more sex. After that I turned fully toward horror, and a lot of King, where I was

That isn't exactly true. Take a look at the history of standardization of women's sizes. For mens clothing, the armed forces went a-measuring and found most men did fall into particular ranges for each chest size (with regular and long divisions) - this is how mens suits are still sized. All smokers with white hair that I know have the yellow thing going on. I don't know what a stylist would say, but anybody else would point out the obvious solution of quitting smoking!

West coast friends. I got bluing at at a cheap grocery store that has a bulk department (Winco). They also had Fels-Naptha, which I use for pretreating stains because my laundry detergent can't pretreat it's way out of a paper beg. I have seen bluing in smaller hardware stores like Ace, the kind with scented candles,

Based on movies and for instance the above fashion illustration, pretty much yes. I think the main thing was that shirt and ties were always worn under a suit jacket, vest/waistcoat, or cardigan. I haven't seen an extant tie myself but they either had to be a lot shorter, or were tied with much more complicated knots.

One "yea" for a 40s trouser on a man.

wtf is this?

I take mine to my knife sharpener. worth it!

Yes another vote for baking soda face scrub. Sometimes I do this all natural routine. Make a mask of natural honey. Rinse. Wash with baking soda. Moisturize with coconut oil. All 3 are so gentle!
