My last 4 cars have been manual, and I know how to have fun and abuse them and fix them after. Apparently that makes me non-American?

I’ve never been one to give the finger because it just seems too agro for me, but a couple years ago after getting completely cut off in my motorcycle to the point where I had to do an emergency swerve onto the fire lane I couldn’t take it any more. I went to flip the bird but my hand didn’t do it and I ended up

That makes a lot of sense, thank you!

I’m glad that film was made and we all got to listen to those delicious engine songs, and that scene with the Ferrari drifting behind the Lambo is choice. That said, who makes a totally random short film like that with enough budget to get those cars and enough connections to get those drivers!?

I had a fuel pump switch on an old car I had, although not for theft reasons. Stuff in the wiring would go, so I’d fix it the simplest way possible and I had random unlabeled toggle switches and buttons all over the dash. The starter ran off a push button, but there was no safety switch to make sure the clutch was in,

that wheel is too sexy!

Live in upstate NY, can confirm. The cars on the side of the highway after a snow storm are not the 2wd ones but rather SUVs with bald all season tires and over confident drivers behind the wheel

Having driven motorcycles in snow on several occasions, I can confirm that yes it is bad. Then again the sadness at parking the bike for the winter goes away pretty quickly once I hit the gas in my Subaru and throw 4 white rooster tails while sliding sideways. To everything there is a season!

That should be me! Oh well, supposed to get a few inches tomorrow night and then maybe a lot on Tuesday. I AM READY

While you are correct about that, he literally says exactly that in the video so I’m not sure what you mean by “they missed it big”.

I’m going to go NP on this against all odds. If it’s lasted this long it’s got something good going for it, and it’s a manual. For the right person who could get in there and take on maintaining this thing themselves I think it could be a real bargain... or go up in flames. Who knows

I don’t normally like bikes with this much junk on them, but it’d go nice with my two kz750s. $900 isn’t a great deal for a non running bike, but for bigger bike with a cop history like this I don’t think it’s crazy either.

I’m not really disagreeing with you as while I laugh at some aspects of the stance scene I can get behind anyone’s right to modify their car.

Yeah, I’ve driven my fair share of sketchy beaters out of necessity, but when something stays that way indefinitely because it keeps working somehow and nobody says anything... that is another thing entirely.

My wife grew up in Flint, finally drove over to visit family a couple months ago. Can confirm - I’ve always grumbled about having to get my car NY state inspected yearly, but I get it now. The cars I saw on the road in 1 week there were enough, not to mention the cars left for dead on the sides of the road.

NOW you tell me!

I’ve made peace with the blue/silver two tone on mine but white is definitely the color I would have chosen if I could have found one! White means rally car, right?

I’m not really a deep enough part of it myself to know if I’m wrong, but rally culture seems to be pretty awesome. Every event I’ve attended I’ve met very friendly and knowledgeable people that are happy to help and share, from the grassroots level even up to the big names. The access you can get as a fan to seeing

Wat??? And yes, I did watch the whole thing.

What was more painful was explaining to my new wife how my attempt at saving us money was now costing us a good chunk of our wedding gift money savings. Ouch.
