Sooo many people don’t turn on headlights/taillights in snow/rain.  It’s bizarre.

Actually, the newer ones will beep at you AS YOU ARE DRIVING, so it gets around the “my sober friend here will blow into the device so I can start the car and leave” angle. It will continue to ask for breaths every 15 mins or so I believe. If you refuse to blow, it alerts whatever authority that monitors the device,…
