First of all, take a breath..the guy wasn’t assaulted, shot at or even arrested roughly. He was harrassed and threatened, which is bad enough, but things have ‘degrees’. Secondly, I’m simply relaying a fact that the city doesn’t have a reputation for police violently abusing their power over minorities there. Period.

Boulder resident here...very few minorities in the city, except for a chunk of college students, but we’re a pretty lefty friendly place and the cops don’t have a horrendous rep, so run ins like this aren’t the norm.
