That is so unfortunate. I suppose if it had to happen it's better it did in practice. I'm really new to NASCAR, we don't show it in England as far as I know and I can't say I understand a thing about it. I wasn't into it at all until I visited the Hall of Fame with my girlfriend back in October (what a special place

Thanks for the info and the vRS compliment! I think the next time I'm in the states I should take the opportunity to get in one of those big trucks and see what they are really like for myself. It sounds like they might have a bit of a boat-ish ride from what you say about them?

At least the steering wheel looks better than it did before.

Don't worry, code of conduct and all that. ;)

Fantastic response! You're now my investments manager!

Sorry dude! Please do share your opinions though, I've had more support for this than I thought i'd get. I'm glad i'm not the only guy who doesn't like them!

A Maserati and a pretty girl. Life is good. If I had to pick one though... Maserati all the way!

One of the best looking cars of all time. Lucky enough to see one just like this at Goodwood last year. It was stunning! I prefer it to the E-Type.

I suggested the Audi TT and the Peugeot RCZ. Peugeot obviously copying Audi's TT with their later effort.

Thank you! I'm pleased that it's not just me that dislikes Aston steering wheels and i've had some cool comments since I pointed it out!

Awful isn't it. You may have a point with the not caring thing then. Either that or the guy who designs the steering wheels needs be removed from his posistion!

Absolutely. What a beautiful wheel that is. Good post sir, this is exactly how a steering wheel should be done.

Sure...like slamming a Bentley or wrapping a Rolls would be.

Yes that's true! It's ready to go for you guys who drive on the right. They must know who wants these cars the most! And yes, it's not a bad price for a limited Aston Martin. I am however losing some faith in them after the dodgy chinese plastic recall in 75% of their cars over the last few years. I don't particularly

I think it's a good thing that Aston are getting a little bit more 'out-there' with this design. Sometimes, it's good to be a bit different and mix things up, especially if it goes against your usual philosophy or style. I think it's a positive move.

I'm a rather simple guy and I like a steering wheel to be a steering wheel. No buttons, just a good size with a great grip and feel. Aston Martin's steering wheel collection look more like they belong in a cheap saloon car though. Very poor for such an expensive brand.

I really can't make up my mind which is the better colour scheme here. The green/yellow is so cool and Aston, but the blue/red really suits it. I think i'd take the blue/red just to be a bit different. Both colour schemes are fantastic though, I really like them.

I really don't like Aston Martin's steering wheels. They just look so plain and dull for a car like this. Everything else on an Aston looks fantastic except the one thing you always have infront of your face. It does my head in!

Is it just me or does that LaFerrari look like it's suffering from a bit of understeer?

A car like this is like lusting after a girl you know is really hot and you know will give you a great time, but ultimately she'll break your heart and empty your bank account.
