I’m new(ish) to watching Critical Role. I have been trying to catch up, but I am only on episode 11. Does anyone recommend catching up or just starting with tonight’s episode?

I find it hard as a DM to have fun in combat while knowing the creatures HP, so a friend of mine and I worked on a Hidden HP value so that I, as a DM, can attack with my own PC without knowing if I will kill it.
