Good God someone make me that FR-S now!!!!!!!!

Coming to the New York Auto Show: The M5 SubSedan. Like the M6 Gran Coupe, but the opposite: rather than a four-door version of the two-door version of a sedan, this is a two-door version of the four-door version of a coupe.

There's pretty much nothing in matte blue that I can't love.

Damn that '88 is one piece of ace. There was one with 55k miles for sale on Craigsfacebookspace last year. I'm still regretting not getting the divorce that purchase would have required.

For reference, here's a shot of the Renegade Trailhawk in action:

Am I the only one.... who wants a WAGON? The last gen hatchback was nice, but what i really want is a long, low manual wagon with all of the new WRX bits in it. It would be amazing.

That's great news! Now sell me what I really want!

How about we turn your observations on their head:

I'm guessing 2.5L for the same reason the EJ257 is a 2.5L: turbo lag. More power out of same engine means more boost, more boost means more lag. Yeah there are tricks you can do, but easiest way is to just go to a bigger displacement.

Buick... ahh, yes. I remember you. I haven't talked to you in a long time. You're trying to talk to me about expectations. The market you're targeting with this ad has had almost, if not literally, zero expectations of Buick. They haven't even looked at a Buick, other than the Regal their parent's Altima passed on

Absolutely breathtaking.

Nothing more beautiful than an open gate manual. So I'll go with the Audi R8, because it is the only one made today, and most likely the last ever.

The nearly daily hate this ad gets from the Jalopnik staff is turning me off to this site. I, and many others, loved the ad, and the staff looks pretty ridiculous when it's constantly trying to convince us of how terrible it allegedly is.

No matter how awesome this thing is, there can only be one true Audi S1!
