I started listening over the summer, and I’m a huge fan. My favorite is the “Home Movies” episode from 2092, (which I noticed is being rerun this week.)

Similar situation here, and I think it’s perfectly reasonable!

I was sixteen, and had a huge crush on this much older guy who rode a Harley. To make a very long story short, I lied to my mom and said I was spending the night at my friend Renee’s house, and Renee, (who was up to something or other, too), told her mom she was sleeping over mine. You see where this is headed...

You’re absolutely right. I couldn’t help myself.

Nobody knew *anything* when it first went down. Terrorism certainly wasn’t the first scenario that came to my mind. You have a work place shooting at a government complex, which have traditionally been perpetrated by disgruntled employees with no ties to terrorism and no other agenda save for some twisted notion of

My youngest is eighteen, but it doesn’t seem like that long ago that we were baby supply shopping. I thought there was a bunch of superfluous junk available in 1997, but wow...it’s almost overwhelming nowadays.

Glad he’s okay. Hugs to the both of you...how scary!

Right??? I found that show unwatchable because of David Schwimmer’s face. To this day, I have never seen a single episode on purpose.

Except for canned green beans! I love them. Not sure why, but, I actually prefer them to either fresh or frozen. And, my husband has this inexplicable love for (ewwww!) canned corn.

Does the dad of the kids you’re babysitting count as being harassed at work by a male boss? If so, that was my first experience, at age 15.

My best friend’s grandma was in the hospital, recovering from a heart attack. My mom had invited her and her family, ( all close family friends), to have Thanksgiving dinner with us, due to the fact of her mom having spent the preceding days pretty much entirely at the hospital.

If Anna did leave him and that cult, she would find a world of support out here. I don’t think she has any idea just how many people, and how much help, would be hers for the asking.

Yeah, I don’t really even watch cooking shows, but I do enjoy Bourdain’s program every once in awhile. I don’t get all the Guy Fieri hate, either.

These “won’t somebody think of the chiiiiildreeen” people are so tiresome! My son is a radio dj, and there are a couple Concern Troll Moms who often bitch on his professional Facebook page about song lyrics. He handles it diplomatically in public, but we light them up texting each other!

I watched Up about three years ago, at a time when absolutely everything in my life had gone to shit. ( One family member just died, one dying, health problems of my own, just had left a place and job I loved, no money, kid doing terrible in school and miserable, and my dogs were still with my husband.) So, Up came on

Add me to the list!

This was a really long time ago, when smoking was still a thing in restaurants. I was working on a Tuesday night, and I was the only server in the smoking section. Normally, this would have been a cake walk, but it became unreasonably busy this night, and the smoking section filled quickly.

Me, too, with the Fucks Famine. Gotta incorporate that into my lingo.

Exactly. I don’t personally give two shits about what others eat.

Yeah, one of the reasons I unfollowed this one particular vegan Facebook group was the issue of what to feed pets. There are actually people who advocate feeding *cats!!!* a total vegan diet! Cats! Nature’s perfect killing machines, those 100% carnivorous beings who dole out affection to their human underlings so
