Except for canned green beans! I love them. Not sure why, but, I actually prefer them to either fresh or frozen. And, my husband has this inexplicable love for (ewwww!) canned corn.

My best friend’s grandma was in the hospital, recovering from a heart attack. My mom had invited her and her family, ( all close family friends), to have Thanksgiving dinner with us, due to the fact of her mom having spent the preceding days pretty much entirely at the hospital.

I watched Up about three years ago, at a time when absolutely everything in my life had gone to shit. ( One family member just died, one dying, health problems of my own, just had left a place and job I loved, no money, kid doing terrible in school and miserable, and my dogs were still with my husband.)
