Not terrible advice, but understand that for many of those feeling “cooped up,” it’s less about cold temps and more about the early onset darkness. People who work 8-5 don’t see the sun when they leave in the evening, and that can make certain activities, like cycling, unsafe.

How do these cards process audio? Is there pass through for formats like Atmos and LPCM?

Increased production costs do not justify the thousands of dollars required to unlock every piece of content in a $60 game.

I think there’s a Krispy Kreme on North Ave, but way out west. Glendale Heights, maybe? Near North and 355.

I read Bridle’s article yesterday and was floored. A good chunk of the internet discussion around it argued along the lines of “our parents worried about what we watched too, and we all turned out fine.” But something about this is just different, it’s strange and sinister.

Mark my words. These bears are going 16-4!

Haha! Thought my Apple TV was wigging out.

I live in a major city and am not that far removed from instances of violent crime. My brother, who also lives in this city, was randomly shot at by a car full of teens while walking his dog in broad daylight. They both made it out fine. But after that, even as reports of armed crime crop up in the streets surrounding

I find streaming services to be incredibly frustrating. None of them support 5.1 audio and the services which have some sort of DVR or Live TV pausing are hampered with all sorts of content-provider redtape dictating which channels can be recorded or paused and which can’t.

What’s killed me about all of the negative feedback on Shenmue 3 is that Sonic Mania has managed to generate critical acclaim. Sonic Mania barely updates the look and feel of Genesis-era Sonic games and keeps the core gameplay virtually untouched with the exception of some level-specific gimmicks. Also worth noting is

That the customer service department is a either outsourced or a very low tier at Wal-Mart corporate, and is not immediately alerted to the actions of higher up offices.

It’s coming. I got the same email followed by my cancellation an hour later.

This game has consistently gotten my non-gamer girlfriend and I outside enjoying nice weather days when we otherwise would not have. We’ll get excited when we see one of these guys out in the wild.

People who get upset over this game and its “mediocre” updates aren’t really understanding what it’s for. Nintendo’s

I went grocery shopping shortly after reading your comment here and specifically checked out the Centos because of it. That seal isn’t present. It’s possible that I have a different variety because of where I’m located, but when was the last time you personally checked out a can?

Former Bulls fan checking in. I turned off ESPN at around the 7th pick and picked up a new habit called “binge drinking.” Then I flipped on a wonderful English film called “Attack the Block” and followed that up with the first episode of the Prison Break revival on FOX. The latter was dreadful, but at least it helped

It won’t be long until this franchise has its “Episode 7" moment and returns the sequel to the Milky Way after the events of the OT. It’s the only thing EA can do with the franchise at this point. Fewer people will be willing to return to Andromeda after the first go around, and you can’t go rebooting the series

Before Nintendo had officially announced Gold & Silver, there were bits of concept art that the internet had gotten their hands on and ran with. I remember after the Mew rumors had started to stagnate and everyone was obsessing with Missingnos. and all that, some sites had been running Gold & Silver assets as hidden

I have this cousin who is was is(?) a Chicago Bulls superfan, a trait that is only called into question now because of the fact that he, a person living near Chicago, bought League Pass so that he could watch Knicks games. The Knicks! This sad sack spends sad money to watch the sad shadows of Derrick Rose and Jo Noah

Use a GTD system like Omnifocus. I store these types of projects in a “Someday” folder and the system forces me to review them every 4 months or so (which is a frequency I set).

It takes some work, but you can load SWTOR through Steam and use the Steam Controller (which is on sale right now if you don’t already have one).
