Use a GTD system like Omnifocus. I store these types of projects in a “Someday” folder and the system forces me to review them every 4 months or so (which is a frequency I set).

That Spider-Man ride was mind blowing when it first opened. Even if the tech hasn’t aged all that well, the ride is great at capturing that specific 90s animated series era of Spider-Man nostalgia.

In a way, this movie is probably the first phase of a soft reboot for the MCU. I’m sure that most of its oldest characters are going to be retired after Infinity War and we’ll be seeing a massive status quo shift come Avengers 4. Time to start filling those big shoes now to make the transition easier.
