Public services are not a bad thing, nor does anyone actually think they are “free”. We think they are a good use of taxpayer money.

If you’re in too much of a hurry to boil water, throwing a large brick and your windshield will usually knock off most of the ice.

You can also quickly de-ice your windshield just by pouring a pot of boiling water on it. Way faster and easier than those silly ice scrapers.
