My friends and I are a little over halfway through season three of Battlestar Galactica now. Had to stop after part one of a two-parter, argh, but it's still really good.

There's no need to be making mounds out of anthills.
I was confused as to why Gleeson was dropping change from the bell tower in that scene, at least until… y'know. The aftermath was just gruesome, too.
Yyyyyup. Wolverine gets eaten by The Hulk, right after Wolverine murders his inbred, green-neck family. Hulk apparently dies from the ordeal.
@avclub-e129a878f7b0e5aa9ac09e0282f64ea6:disqus Really? I don't know why that would be happening, unless the name on your Disqus profile was set to your real name at the time.
As far as I can tell, all of the A.V. Club accounts already have a Disqus account, Montypark… or should I say, avclub-e129a878f7b0e5aa9ac09e0282f64ea6?!
A friend lent me the trade collection for Old Man Logan, the Mark Millar comic. I'm no expert, but it was very Mark-Millar-y. I didn't hate it, but it had its fair share of the ridiculous. Someone gets beheaded by another character swinging a shotgun like a club, for example.
I dunno, Charlie Sheen could bring the appropriate gravity to the role
OF RATHCOCK
Didn't have time for much this weekend, but I did watch Riddick during the week with friends. I'm sort-of a fan of the series? I dunno, maybe I just have some lingering fondness for the other movies and the Xbox game from way back, but I liked it. I thought the first half was better than the second, but overall it was…
@disqus_pLtzLD5UrA:disqus Sorry, I don't do one-night cuddles.
Who are you cuddling with if you don't have a significant other?
Say what you will about monkeys, but at least they go to the trouble of flinging their shit, by hand, none of this picture-taking nonsense.
Is the US government plugged in?
I bought the first three albums by Franz Ferdinand and I've been listening to them this last week. I thought they were pretty good, although the third one was a little "meh".
I prefer the interrobang.
Careful, you don't want to run afoul of the Grammer police.
I can think of a few of things I wouldn't want an audience for, and the bedroom or the bathroom figure into most of them. Pounding on the wall might end things sooner, but I suspect the opposite way Dan's saying they would.
Ha ha, that was a definite surprise:
I think The Dark Descent and A Machine for Pigs are about equal in terms of atmosphere, considering how frequently I thought there was something stalking me, but I don't think the latter was as good when it came to actually putting you in danger. There's one encounter in the former that I remember scaring the wits out…
So, my friends and I watched some more Battlestar Galactica. We've finished the first four episodes of season three, and I thought they were pretty great. One of my friends was a little annoyed at the show after the end of season two, but now we're all pretty stoked to keep going. I hear the show doesn't exactly stay…
