Competitive shagging is certainly a young man's game. Or a young lady's.

TURISTA - So, these two people had a one night stand and he drove her home the same night.
Spam-bots gotta have class.
You're not my real hologram father!
The film really didn't have any good idea on how to build drama or character, did it? I mean, they pay it plenty of lip service, but they never follow through.
If I had to rate Cabin in the Woods on a horror scale from "Zombie" to "Cthulhu", I'd give it… "Unicorn".
The Rundown had some good performances from Walken, Johnson, and… Stifler?
I thought there were a few good performances in Man of Steel, Costner's included. I also liked Russ-El's performance, and Shannon was great when Zod went unhinged. I even thought Cavill was kind of good as Superman.
Last Monday (Canada Day!) I met with a few different friends and did a few different things. I saw a bunch of shorts from the National Film Board at one theatre; they just showed a handful of animated films, but it was entertaining enough. I also watched Much Ado About Nothing at another theatre. The first ten or so…
Oral sex on the beach? It's dirty and unhygienic!
The theater's site promises a family friendly affair, so I suspect they'll be showing lighter fare. I did just watch "Wild Life" on the NFB site, though. Very striking; that poor English twit didn't stand a chance.
I picked up Beck's The Information and Modern Guilt last week and I've listened to both of them a couple times apiece. Neither of them have grabbed my attention quite like Guero did, but both seem like slow burners so far. I'll have to listen to both of them some more before I have any definite opinions.
It's possible I don't understand Nietzsche very well, or at all, really. I'm just going off what I've heard.
The mind is a plaything of the body, to paraphrase Nietzsche.
Individually, or all at once?
Late last week, I got a few new CDs from Amazon, but the ones I've been listening to this weekend are Daft Punk's Random Access Memories and Beck's Guero. I've listened to each two or three times apiece and I've gotta say I'd still like to listen to more of both.
@Dikachu:disqus If you edit your profile (it's an option under the Disqus drop-down in the upper-right above the comments) you can enter a URL in the "Website" field of the "Profile" tab. You could, theoretically, enter your old AV Club profile in there if you knew it, but chances are your new comments don't show up…
@avclub-68b739692fa849e6572ee31610a75750:disqus Disqus allows you to set a custom URL for people to follow by clicking on your name. By default, any user ported to Disqus during the AV Club switchover has a link to their AV Club profile. There's a good chance @Dikachu:disqus is using a new Disqus account.
@Dikachu:disqus I think it's happening to anyone whose display name hasn't ever been changed from their username. Since everyone who was originally ported from the AV Club to Disqus has a username like "avclub-75e43c12ef9f1cfdaeae92ca6fa90640" it isn't affecting them.
