For sure. I viewed the numbers as indicating the health of the used car market. Why pay the average price for a car when I can get something half as much but about 75% as good? AND it's still reliable!

I believe that I stated twice that it's not really the chrome, it's that dumb pinch and kink it does in the back. Calm down. Smoke some weed, read a calming article, or drink a beer

I kind of disagree with the beef that a lot of people have with these “tacked on” screens. A fully integrated screen looks just as awkward to me, as it tends to look like the car is swallowing an iPad. They both will look dated as all hell in 5+ years, so no one really wins here

The chrome is not the best, but it’s that feature that takes it straight to the “tacky” category. It’s a design feature that is found in on economy cars, not luxury cars. It reminds me of an Accord or Maxima

That rear greenhouse, chrome kink just cheapens the whole silhouette

Definitely not. Buick exists because of demand in China

For years, consumers have been able to navigate couple, hatch, sedan, and wagon variants of the same vehicle (see 3 series). I have faith that people can handle this for electric vehicles as well

Oh dear God

Considering how claustrophobic the rear seats were in the 5 door, I can’t fathom placing a poor soul in the back of the 3 door

I remember trying to buy a First a couple of years ago, but being absolutely appalled at the piss-poor packaging. My Fit has acres of room in comparison. It makes me simultaneously sad about the Ford's packaging because it got such awesome sport variants, and because Honda never bothered to give the Fit an SI variant

I always thought that these in black were handsome af

The thing about the Z1 is that, despite its quirks, it basically just drove like a 3 series with a 2.5. They really should have done something at least interesting with the dynamics/power train

My favorite thing about history is realizing how similar most cultures are to each other, even when separated by thousands of years

I ranted that Ford was going to regret giving up their position of a rugged looking, compact SUV. Sales of the 3rd gen sort of disproved that, but there seems to be enough demand to warrant a second go

It’s funny, because this scenario is basically Ford resurrecting the second generation Escape

Does a little piece of you die inside every time you have to make a "Here's... Is a good thing" article?

PSA and FCA don’t have much product overlap. They would benefit from developing platforms to be shared amongst the disparate market share. This isn’t necessarily about Peugeot selling in America or Chrysler selling in Europe. It's about economies of scale covering multiple markets and saving cost

Hail damage on a Texas car > car from the East coast or Midwest. NP, with plenty of cash to fix problems on a relatively easily repaired car

Honestly, I think that this is better than the current A5. Last gen? Hell yes. This gen? Eh. The hood is all wrong, the grille has reached peak "out of place", and it just doesn't have the simple handsomeness that the model used to have

Because if I have $X in video game budget a year, and I can get Y level of enjoyment per hour from the literal dozens of excellent games available, why would I spend $60 on something that provides less time than the others? Just because the game is short and sweet, does not mean it’s actually more enjoyable than a
