Nah, it's hot-keyed. There must be a quick button press for it on console? I just hit F1 through F4 and presto, new powers!

Persona 5 isn't out yet, is it? I think it's coming out just before I have a baby.

I find the optimism in ME:A refreshing (even though everything's gone to shit). I loved ME3 but the relentless parade of death and doom kind of wears on me, and makes me less prone to replay it, despite it being the most mechanically satisfying, and full of Moments of Awesome.

I was almost always a Sentinel. Engineer/Biotic sometimes, soldier always seemed so boring to me. … Plus I can't aim for shit.

I did profit once from a GC game. Somehow a 12 year old used copy of Phantasy Star Online sold to a retailer for $55! It's nuts.

It feels a lot like they took Inquisition and made it in space. This is not a bad thing, I love both unashamedly. It totally feels mass-effecty (with much more of an ME1 clean-future vibe than ME2/3 doom vibe).

I think a better metric would be how many were finished; I know I have a lot of popular stuff sitting on my Steam shelf that I haven't even started.

I think to be more specific, Bioware games shine in their characters. Which are part of writing obviously, but often the plots aren't some sort of revelation of awesome masterhood, it's the people you go through them with that create the happy memories of the various Bioware titles.

Do Nintendo games follow the same price patterns as PC/PS/XB ones though? I feel like a lot of games that aren't cross-ported to the big three (i.e., basically everything Nintendo, and the PS Vita) never really drop majorly in price unless they get a 'Classics' re-release because they were super popular.

Apparently I'm the only one enjoying Andromeda. Definitely has some rough edges and a cringe worthy animation or line read once in a while, but I'm having a blast. Hopefully Bioware keeps making games just for me.

Ew.

"I'm cilantro!"

The Federation or the show?

Birch beer is great. It makes me sad that you can't really get it on the west coast, only sarsaparilla, which just isn't quite the same.

Speaking as Baron von Munchausen from Oslo, I agree.

I'm 12 or so hours in, and it's great fun! If you think 'take ME and then make it more explore-y' you'll pretty much have it. It's neither some super advancement nor some giant betrayal. Some things got better, a few things got worse.

Huh. I've noticed a few line reads that weren't how I would have directed them, but on the whole, I haven't noticed the voice acting at all, which usually means it's fine. FemRyder sounds good, my companions and crewmates sound like people. The asari's cheeks are weirdly chubby now which annoys me but I'm sure I'll

Ach, I'm bad at this.

Stupid sexy Flanders!
