Yeah.  It’s also this weird thought process that basically says “Of course I can’t hurt a woman, I have a daughter”.  Like people who abuse their wives and girlfriends don’t also abuse their children.

No, we have to stop Hammer from selling timeshares. He may sell ball bearings, or brake pads, or encyclopedias, but not timeshares.

Armie Hammer’s family is wealthy as fuck (and fuckin’ crazy) so it’s not like he was selling those timeshares to survive. And while he wasn’t convicted of anything, his texts - which he’s never denied the legitimacy of - are out there for everyone to judge for themselves. He’s also talked publicly about “coming back”…

Johnathon Majors achieved some level of actual success as an actor. Armie Hammer was essentially a mannequin that sometimes remembered his lines.

Everything about his speech was suspect. He’s used the “black men are martyrs” as a shield despite the fact that he is clearly an abuser, and then he makes sure to name check all of his celebrity support, and then made sure to hold up his fatherhood as a shield. None of it felt genuine.

I just don’t agree Hollywood is the *most* morally bankrupt place on the planet, nor that it has the *most* morally bankrupt people in the world, that’s all.

He’s a narcissist.  He only cares about himself, and will only be contrite if it is to his benefit, and even then, it will never be sincere, because he truly doesn’t believe he did anything wrong.
