A lot of logical responses to this comment here. But that’s the problem - they are logical. Logic should not always be used to formulate how we will see a car.

Sometimes the car is important - maybe a 914 holds a special spot. Sometimes the journey is important - rebuilding the car yourself, regardless of what it is.

I never understood why some some “car guys” choose to belittle others like that.. you guys are in it for the same reason... a love for the car... but in the end it gave you strength to complete your dream (and then some!)... i bet those owners all have garage queens that never get driven... those aren’t car people...

Your car, your dream. Those who speak negativity about your build don’t understand the passion you may have for it. With that being said is their negativity as fuel.
