It's tough to judge in the world of stand up because a lot of acts that probably could perform at arenas (as she did on her most recent tour) usually opt for the more intimate setting of theaters.

On the flip side I think it's disappointing that this is the only unabashed metal content we'll see all year (other than the Nazi black metal article), considering how bad this band is.

My local theater chain is Marcus, and there a pint of (miller/bud) beer is less than a soda. They also have better quality stuff for a little bit more money

Well this company is still paying retail price for the tickets, so essentially what you have here is a company and its investors subsidizing the movie-going experience

And ironically, alt-country is generally more left leaning

The problem is they're inserting all this stuff about him being depressed and dead inside but playing it up for how hilarious and awesome he is. The tone just doesn't work for me; they've repeated it now basically all season so far without any progression

How much of the game is just rehashed old levels?

No need for pretense. Metal Gear Solid is definitely one of the best "mature" series out there (despite often being silly and over the top like with the boxes). Mature here meaning, having an actual quality story to tell that makes you think, rather than blood and language.

So far they've kind of been repeating the same dark stuff.

Hellblade sounds awesome and I applaud Team Ninja for going for a "middle tier" experience in the world of AAA gaming but… well call me cheap but $30 is just too much for a digital only game to me.

Her last two releases both got Bs (in 2010 and 2012)
