I think this was evidence that Seinfeld finished at the right time. Saw someone elsewhere say that Jerry's forgotten how to play Jerry, very true.

Are people still mad about Batfleck? Surely they're, at best, apathetic by now.

Exactly. He was the problem when Ben Affleck was cast, and he'll be the problem if/when the film is terrible.

Casting Eisenberg is definitely more interesting than casting Bryan Cranston just because he can be bald and not look weird.

Obviously Jason Statham must play Merlin.

'Oi Merlin you slag, me and the lads are gonna get tooled up and give those Saxons a right kicking, where do I get a sword?'

Since it's Guy Ritchie, it will be King Arfur and it will be awful.

Depending on the age of the actor playing him, the Doctor is always going to look like a student or a professor, isn't he?

Standing on the Shoulder of Giants isn't great, but it's still better than Heathen Chemistry, which is the worst Oasis album by a distance.

If you ever wondered if Oasis were well off their heads on all the drugs in 1997, you just have to watch the All Around The World video, or even listen to the song, which goes on even longer.

In fairness, Kevin Smith might be fat, but he's also a stoner.

That would mean Dogma wasn't really, and that would be *awful*.

I like to pretend that Kevin Smith stopped making films after Clerks II.

I love Damian Lewis' terrible attempts to convince her that they were joking.

I didn't watch Sherlock when it was first shown on the BBC, but finished S1, having loved it, in time for the start of S2. And because I loved that too, my reaction to hearing that there was going to be an American 'modern take' on Holmes was less than enthusiastic.

I liked this episode, but had problems with the next two. I thought the opening scene was clever (although plenty of people thought it was too clever) and I enjoyed how the return of Sherlock affects Watson and how he gets drawn back into Sherlock's world. There was nothing fancy about the crimes in the episode,

Because I meant that it's not great. Which doesn't mean I hated it.

My 'hatred for Monsters University' only exists in your head Charlie boy.

A lot of people going to see a film doesn't mean that the majority of those people enjoyed the film.

Wait, Wall-E and Up are bad? Are you nuts? By all means select Cars, Cars 2 or Monsters University as not great Pixar films, but Wall-E and Up are both spectacular.
