Idris Elba is just too old to play Bond. He's going to be at least 45 before Daniel Craig is done as Bond, how many films could he do from that age on?

Reg E. Cathey sounds a bit like Morgan Freeman is the Fantastic Four's new 'I'm not racist but….'
I missed most of 2017 after swooning dramatically when Aubrey Plaza first appeared in that red dress.
My instant reaction to seeing that poster for it is that getting dumped is what it deserved.
My guess is that the Spin magazine stuff was added because of their article, and everything else was already written into the episode. I'd have to rewatch last week's episode again to confirm it, but I don't remember anyone reacting to Randy being Lorde as 'Why is Randy pretending to be Lorde?'
Because of the continuity in this season (so far), and the non-reaction of the people at the party, it may be that the joke was always that Randy really is Lorde.
It is pretty amazing that "'South Park' Thinks a Middle-Aged Man Can Pass for Lorde" is a real headline that really appeared on a real website written by a real person.
Absolutely. Both really add to the atmosphere and tone of the series and help to make it so unique.
Despite the triple whammy of it being a show written by Gillian Flynn, directed by David Fincher and broadcast on HBO, I still don't really understand the need to remake Utopia, or how a remake can attempt to match the wonderful weirdness of the original show.
So what we've learned is that The Walking Dead's spin-off show is the show that The Walking Dead should be, where we stop hanging out with really shitty characters we're all bored of, and start hanging out with other shitty characters we're not bored of yet, but will be soon.
Yes, sleep together in a Morecambe and Wise way, where they share a bed but there's nothing sexual about it.
It's pretty crazy that not only have they suspended him for comments he made on his own podcast, but they've removed the podcast too. That's a very extreme form of censorship. The swearing was bleeped too, so it's not like what he said was released uncensored in the first place.
I think if you can snuggle up to it with your arms around it while you're both in bed, it's totally fine.
It's always the idiots that don't realise that freedom of speech *doesn't* mean other people can't tell you that you're an idiot, or arrest you or fire you for idiotic things you say or do like an idiot.
Yes, I'm very much a 'put Brit Marling in everything' kind of guy.
I would definitely watch a show based around any of these premises:
I should have said direct prequel. Scott has said he thinks there are two more films between Prometheus and Alien, so he believes there's a lot of story to tell before Alien happens.
Well, it's a film that is set in a time before the events of Alien occur, and includes elements that reappear in Alien, but it's not the case that the events of Prometheus happen and then the events of Alien happen a couple of weeks later, there are decades between the two films.
Perhaps it was originally going to be a prequel, but the film that was ultimately released is not. Ridley Scott talked about that repeatedly in the build up to its release.
He's completely right, and more to the point, Prometheus was never intended to be about them anyway.
