I actually find myself getting angrier about what Carrey's done, the longer it goes without him making any proper comment on it.

They both do that in every movie they make. One scene is Pullman, one scene is Paxton.

I want the sequel to just be Bill Pullman standing outside the new White House as it is finally completed, only for the aliens to return, blow it up again, then fly off while he drops to his knees and screams 'WHY?!' at the stars.

Thanks for that Mr. President.

I think he's made valid points about gun control in the past, and spoken from the heart.

This is such a bullshit move from Carrey.  He's demonstrated that he's a fan of Kick-Ass, and as Mark Millar says, there's no way he could have thought 'This is not what the script said would happen!' as he was filming it.

Possibly my favourite Gandolfini performance.  It's Max's adventure, but Carol's story, and Gandolfini is brilliant.

I still don't know if it's North West, or North West West.

I've heard Michael Shannon talking about being in Bad Boys II in another interview recently, but I would genuinely love to hear him saying “Man, that was cool when I did Bad Boys II. That was really interesting.”

Surely The Purge 2: Bring Me The Heads of Wilson & Vaughn is in pre-production already?

I thought Gary's reaction to learning that Andrew and Selina were getting jiggy with it was the most Buster-esque he's been, but the way he held up those signs (and the way he ducked under the camera but still popped back up too soon) was genius, as was the cut to Mike happily munching on a carrot.

I think it's worth pointing out that Knowing Me, Knowing You had one radio series before it went to TV, and that's also worth seeking out.

On The Hour should be a must-listen for everyone. It was the start for so many British comedy stars, and so many of them are still doing great work.

I refuse to believe that a film released in 2013 with a running gag involving a man saying 'on the line' instead of 'online' isn't an A+ film, it's just not possible.

I've finally finished this season today, and although it's been a bit up and down, I like the way it ended.

It's a little known fact that cricket was invented by upper class Englishmen who would travel the globe knocking off the heads of savages with massive bats, which is why Peter Davison's doctor was so interested in it.

Sorry, but if you think you need $32,000 to make your first ever music video, you have no grasp on reality and deserve to be mocked, particularly if one of the band members stars in a TV show full of characters who have no grasp on reality and deserve to be mocked.

It it genuinely sad that studios have, and still are, forcing 3D onto films without the director wanting it.  I don't believe that Shane Black or JJ Abrams had any interest in post-production 3D conversions, Joss Whedon washed his hands of the conversion for The Avengers, and Pacific Rim is getting converted without

"Oh god, I may never get to watch Ghost Cat!"

Two quick things:
