I actually admire it:  it’s long, but it’s grammatically and syntactically correct, and it expresses a coherent thought.  It may not be good journalistic style, but I appreciate the craftsmanship.

Just a thought, maybe Deadspin should have an employee whose job it is to read other people’s work and correct, simplify and generally EDIT things.
