I liked the fact that this game was one of the first I can remember that had a real title screen with music on the 2600. Most were just a still palette-shifted version of the game. Raiders of the Lost Ark was far more confusing and not fun to me as a kid. I was at least able to understand what I had to do in E.T. in

It’s good that they were able to call it quits before they put out something they weren’t happy with (or burned themselves out to the point where they didn’t enjoy what they were doing). Good luck to them on their next project!

Absolutely love Neubauer’s reaction. Nothing but praise and encouragement.

This happened to me with Xenoblade Chronicles 3D recently. I played it at launch for 15 or so hours, it made very little sense to me, I was overwhelmed, was getting beat down, so I quit.

What an amazing read. This movie was pretty damn violent when I watched it on HBO or Showtime back in the ‘80s (especially Chico’s head explosion scene... that haunted me for a while), and despite the cheese, I loved it. The turning of the tides from everyone rooting against Ben to rooting for him was similar to what

Damn solid list. Pretty darn close to how I’d rank them as well. MM was my favorite 3D Zelda until BOTW came along.
