No, it really isn’t. The Room is a perfect example. It was popular, but also universally regarded as bad. The Sharknado movies. Many horror movies. Popular, but complete shit.

Popular doesn’t mean good.

If you don’t like their business model, you could... not use their service?

Every place nickel & dimes you. First, base prices are more expensive that showing up in person & ordering. Second, delivery fee and a service. Then every one asks for a tip, on top of the inflated prices and service & delivery fees. Tipping is for fools.

And what if you can’t pick it up? i know plenty of disabled people who live alone and can’t drive.

Colbert put it best last night: We can’t be bothered to pay our employees, so we’re gonna shame if you don’t pay them for us.

I’ll defend Tesla

I mean, the people in charge of the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame decided that.

A good portion of pop at least has a basis in rock.  But I look at this roster of inductees and scratch my head over what if anything they have in common.  I’d have little interest in attending a show where this group was playing, except maybe RATM or Crow.

That doesn’t change the fact that they’re diluting their own brand by expanding the definition of Rock to the point of meaninglessness.

  • if they’re gonna include pop and country

Rappers shouldn’t be in the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame at all.

I hope Tlaib hits Greene with a huge defamation lawsuit.

Stop swiping at Israel.

No... they think they have clever branding. Based on how they’re defending it, they see it as branding that will gain in value over time.

So order before you get in the car. This really isn’t complicated. Place your order, drive to the location & pick up your order. And “fussing with my phone for 5-10 minutes”? Bullshit. There’s no way it takes you that long to place an order.

There’s a responsibility to actually know how your vehicle works beyond the marketing.

Every Tesla crash I can recall that made the news, and was blamed on autopilot, was clearly driver error. Lots of people ignorant of how their autonomous cars do/don’t work.

I find it appalling that Tesla isn’t at least held to a gross negligence due to the way they market and advertise their systems. No other automaker is even close to making their L2 assist systems appear like “full self driving” and are very clear and have good controls in place to ensure driver attention and

God you’re insufferable.
