Your question assumes some mythical candidate who is equal in every way except somehow has no skeletons in their closet. Some “perfect candidate” who is exactly the same but DIDN’T make consensual decisions with their spouse that you somehow find objectionable.

It’s a strawman question based on a hypothetical without basis in reality so...

So? A married couple filmed themselves having sex and made a few bucks from it. You don’t want to watch it, don’t. Don’t the republicans say that sex should only be in a marriage? So in this case, her and her husband are “better” republicans than the GQP themselves.

So wait, your “very simple question” is “what if this thing that is a complete hypothetical happened?”

Dude...

Is this actually what happened or are you just making up a scenario? Was the other option exactly the same but without the potential for revenge porn? This is pure victim blaming.

You continue to cherry pick what you respond to

The one in your hands.

The GOP has been, explicitly and without consent, fucking the people of the United States for at least 70 years and didn’t have the shame to keep it from being recorded. If the Fuckface Party isn’t ashamed of their own actions they don’t have the right to try to shame anyone else.

It’s because it’s a stupid question. She’s a qualified candidate and the GOP’s campaign is solely based on misogyny.

Nice copypasta, spanky.

Yes. You’re way, way off here. Why should a qualified, educated candidate well-respected in her daytime job exclude herself from a position she’d be qualified to hold because of the misogynistic attitudes of the opposition in regard to sex work?

I have plenty of outrage for the GOP. But for doing the most obvious fucking thing, to win an election? Point to a video that was posted on the internet?

Put something up on there, paywall or not, it’s out there.

released it to for public consumption.

“Biased” “partisan” “Washington Examiner”

Are you a new imposter troll? This definitely isn’t Dems fault and you definitely wouldn’t normally cite the Washington Examiner.

You asked if you were off base. The answer here is “yes.” Moving the goalposts isn’t likely to change that. And clearly you are very much not happy to be shown a different perspective.

Yes. And you know it.
