I enjoy the Pierce/Britta/Troy/Shirley plot more than Jeff's plot but both of them are great.  Another instance of wise Pierce which I always like.

I love every Jeff/Abed plot the show has ever done.  I also love how this lays out Britta's character as an unlikable, severe person that helps shape her going forward in the series.

I was let down by the episode.  Too much Beth/Pete.  It was nice to see Peggy though.  I still think it was the best season of Mad Men yet.

Not my favorite episode but I always enjoy Jeff/Abed plots.  Especially when Jeff compares the study group to his past self.

There's nothing that you won't understand since you've seen the back half of season 3.  I just thought the character work was excellent because of everything I've learned in the previous two seasons.  I don't want to stop you from watching the episode since I think it's fantastic.
