I agree—look at the real reason you’re spending money on little stuff (which adds up to a big amount). Is it just out of habit? Is it because you feel that you’re getting something out of it, like energy, or prestige, or comfort?
More people need to read this article; more importantly, more people need to start adhering to some of these guidelines!
