Can I ask a (maybe stupid) question? I’m not in the US so I’m not as aware of the legalities in this situation... but how to these people get away with these things? I mean, there must be some accountability for misinformation somewhere... right?

The NYX Taupe blush is legit for contouring. It’s matte and cool toned, and doesn’t make me look like a stripey Oopma Loompa.
