@Jezuz: Not quite. I had played FF2 before I ever played FFMQ. After I played MQ, I did not want to play another FF game because I thought that was their new direction (a zelda type RPG). I had already played and loved zelda, but this game did not match up.

Mystic Quest would have prevented me from ever playing another FF had I not already played FF2/4. That game was awefulsauce at its time, not because it was a horrible game, but because it wasnt really in line with what people considered "final fantasy". It was more Zelda than FF.

20+ years late is better than never!

@NorthStar37: ?? Depends on what you mean by victim.

As most other commentators are saying, we have people that make stinks over everything. Modern Warfare 2 was the latest biggy, but I remember back when Night Trap on Sega CD caused ruckus that dazzled the media and scared parents and rallied politicians. Even smaller things that die hard fans noticed but the greater

@partysausage: I dont think he used the term "N——r' (a racial slur used by whites).

I think its MORE than enough. Im kinda done with the Halo Schtick. They should have made a proper sequel after H3, only finishing the arbitor story they began in Halo 2. Unfortunately, they didnt, and now the mood has passed. Maybe Bungie can make something new for a change...

@aec007: I would surmise the reason why it couldnt piece the cardboard has more to do with velocity and weight distribution of the projectile.

I totally agree with Mr Tamte. As much as I love me some Call of Duty, Activision is out of its mind if it thinks anything about its rainmaker series is innovative.

Only 2 lives on contra? No konami code? Is she crazy or just suicidal?

Blakes 7 is #1 on my list, and always will be for shear reason that no other TV should would or even logistically could pull something like that in a finale. Fans and execs would demand heads if they did.

@Julian Suga: Columbia is actually Sarah Palin's version of heaven. And depending on the winds, she really could see russia from her house.

Say what you will, but Ken Levine has never been afraid to go political with his games, and I LOVE IT. Without getting too political, the first 4 minutes of the vid made me think "I wonder if this is the America that those tea party people would want...minus the flying buildings". It was the same thought I got about

Best part: When Chuck Yells "this is INSANE...MOM!....no mom Im not yelling at you..."

@MichaelPalin: You are aware its a "funny or die" skit, not a commercial?

I totally disagree on the Sam Storyline. The constant evolution and deepening of Sam's character, and his past, is easily one of the coolest things on this show. He is one of three exceptions to the "we can all guess what x character will say/do next"on this show at this point.

Wtf EA?

Call me crazy, but I still just want to know What Happens After Halo 3? Prequels are ok and all, but some of us actually got involved with the original storyline, and were left with a big question mark at the end of Halo 3. What planet does the chief land on? What happens with the rest of the covenant, post profits?

Im gonna game genie all the weapons and 99 lives!
