PSP still has life in it yet. It has a surviving RPG scene that looks to get interesting.

@Anansi Boy: Old Republic is good, buts its all still 'prequel'. Legacy was the one SW EU release that feels like an actual 'sequel' to the original movies and books, rather than just a 'follow up'.
Nice. The Legacy storyline is the only 'new' and purely innovative thing to hit the SW Expanded Universe since "I Jedi". Most of us got bored with Luke and the Solo families pointless rescue-back-and-forth's years ago (the Vong war killed it for me). When news of Legacy ending caught wind, it almost felt like the 'end…
@Josh: Better to wait a few years for a full game than to release a partial game with lots of 'you pay us' strings attached. Also, its been 11 years (and 2 failed projected sequels). They are already well past their "you could have developed a game" timeslot. They were too busy wracking up WoW dollars to care. Same…
@Josh: Yes, Im wrong. Blizzard did not choose to resurrect a well known franchise and over hype its release with countless strings attached that limit its use to consumers in ways totally opposite of the original (No lan, net requirements, single race, none cross compatible expansions, expansions that arent really…
@Green Monkie: Ill have you know sir, I only associate with the highest quality of hook...er, I mean "escort"!
Those fanboys who screamed that Blizzard favors and respects its fans and wasnt releasing this 1/3sequel with all the string attached and no real 'new' ideals, a forced online requisite and no LAN support, just to line their pockets on the marketing of an old iconic PC game after 11 years of not bothering with…
Anyone else notice the difference between this story in which the offenders where white (suspects blurred) and the comicon 'Harry potter stabbing' story, in which the (hispanic or black) suspect was shown unblurred?
It gets boring watching Jimmy Fallon pretend (badly) to have been interested in the things his guests and audience are. He obviously does not, has not, and probably wouldnt ever really play any sort of video games. Its too bad Olivia Munn went to the dailyshow, this niche would be PERFECT for her.
@ATimson: True, but Brood war basically encorporated the previous game into itself. And it was a single expansion, rather than 1 of 3 separate noncompatible expansions that you need to get the whole story out of the game.
@Josh: Quite the mature, well thought out and eloquently delivered response. Your lack of understanding may not stem from a problem on my behalf.
Good old Blizzard to milk gamers for every penny. No cross compatibility for each game, meaning the 'expansions' arent expansions at all, but merely half redeveloped sequels. Only one race per release, no LAN support, forced online access for play...Its like Blizzard is openly asking us "How much can we get out of…
@buddhatooda: 2nd reply
#1 is a fail? Well yes its a fail in the fact that its not truthful advertising, but out of shear 'attention gettingness', its most certainly a WIN.
@buddhatooda: Well Ill cut this short and try to get us both back on friendly banter. We seem to have gotten into the "argue over the internet" trap. While its fun while doing, their is no payoff or gain in the end.
@buddhatooda: Again, you are applying fauly comparison logic.
@buddhatooda: "But he IS black. "
