On a related note, I've seen The Core about 5 times for similar reasons. I know it's bad but it's oddly watchable.

Still made my mum blush when I played it in the car though.

Normally not a fan of the instrument but "The Last You'll Know" by Neurosis is made greatly better by the 2 bagpipe sections.

I really wish "Sweet Son of a Bitch" wasn't on there, sampled lady moans always make me cringe. Apart from that, an amazing album that makes me sad the disc is missing from it's case and has been for some years.

Not sure what it was like elsewhere but their distribution deal was terrible over in the UK. After getting into them after their set at Reading in around '98/99 I had a hell of a time actually getting hold of any of their older records. 'Gentlemen' was particularly hard, I had to wait until my folks went on holiday to

Sorry, I was in the can.

The SSD is a good upgrade, even if it's not working at full transfer speed. Get your OS and a few of your most used programs and games on there and you'll be pleasantly surprised at the difference it makes.
You don't need a top of the range video card, I use a GTX 650 Ti boost and apart from Arkham Knight (which was a

Now THAT gets a like.

Now THAT gets a like.

That's impressive. He should let people know somehow.

I liked it too. Not going to change the world but well made and fun.

Only in the South, in the North we call them "Oinker tummy gobblers".

Thanks, my parry timing in BB is still bad but it's a good excuse to go through the early stages with my level 65 character and try and get good at it. Glad to hear it's more balanced than I'd feared.

Sounds from what I've read like the DLC has a lot more of the human hunter enemies with 99 in every stat that I found one of the more frustrating parts of the main game. The quality of past From DLC's means I'll get it at some point but I just hope it's not difficult for the sake of it.

I sold a bass and some other stuff to buy a PS4 purely for BB and while I don't regret it, it hasn't grabbed me as much as the other Souls games (HUGE Dark Souls fan too).
I could go into great detail as to why but I won't as all it's flaws have been gone over many times before elsewhere. So if it's any consolation,

To my eternal shame, I wandered off from Mclusky after a few songs at Reading Festival many years ago due to a camping induced bad mood. They split shortly afterwards. Caught FotL a couple of years ago, great live band if they ever come your way again.

December 25th? I'm sure I've got something to do that day.

Note: K9 died on the way back to his home planet.

This is how I saw it and I'd agree completely. I think even the box art gives too much away. If I'd known more about it going in it wouldn't have had the impact it did and I'd have forgotten it fairly quickly.
