2007 pontiac solstice gxp can get up to 140 pretty easily. Not sure how long it takes from a dead stop but 60-140 is about seven seconds. Holds strong at 140, doesn't feel like it's being limited at all, but MPG goes down to about 5

I've never really found a good reason to use additional fats when I'm cooking a steak indoors. The only time I add oil or butter is when I'm doing it on a charcoal grill
