Do you have any sources for this?

The original three Family Guy seasons were wittier than the revival seasons. MacFarlane also has had very little creative involvement in the series since its original run.

There are plenty of young women stoners who love Adult Swim.

Not a fan of "Million Dollar Extreme" but in their defense, the Buzzfeed article cited "evidence" of white supremacist fans but failed to even remotely try to back up what they claimed.

Not true. Met all sorts of women who adore the show

Woof.

You know the AV Club is going downhill when a Paul Schrader interview only has 9 fucking comments.

I've been pleasantly surprised how "anti-political message" this series has been and how it has focused more on being funny and absurd. You can tell when it makes the critics uneasy.

Bringing Out the Dead is one of the last unclaimed great movies of 1999 that gets overlooked. Deserves more attention.

It's not really a "jump scare" kind of film that modern audiences are used to but it (along with "The Shining") are the kinds of films that weigh on your mind in a disturbing fashion, long after you watch them.

Jon Glaser is a fucking treasure. I'm so glad to hear this show sounds like a slightly tweaked version of the "Delocated" premise of a fake reality show going off the rails. "Delocated" is one of the most underrated comedy shows in the past decade and I'm glad to see Glaser have two different comedy series he

Is this the Tracy Morgan pilot FX passed on? It was being produced the "Always Sunny" guys and I think even Jody Hill/Danny McBride had producing credits on it.

Kyle Kinane is pretty fantastic

They have been since 2004/2005

AS is one of the biggest creative powerhouses in TV/Film in the past decade or two. The kind of things they air, regardless of quality, would never be seen anywhere else and they deserve a lot of kudos for that as well as further popularizing absurdist/surrealist comedy.

The "white people problems" comment was a little tone-deaf to me, as well. People of all ethnic and racial backgrounds separate and experience divorce. If the reviewer, meant they were more WASPy problems, that would make more sense.

I'm not excusing Lazzo's remarks at all but didn't a lot of the female comics on "Childrens Hospital" also write/direct episodes of the series? I also think the female characters on "Rick and Morty" are written with more depth than the average animated series would care to show. Amy Schumer also had a significant role

Produced outside Williams Street but completely, 100% funded by Adult Swim.

Yeah how come the AV Club hasn't reviewed that episode yet? The reviews get about 150-240 comments.

That doesn't mean what she said wasn't asinine.
