Pretty sure she’s being sarcastic lol.
I actually had a discussion with my parents about this yesterday, while not neccesarily damaging physically compared to cigarettes, there are other issues games can cause.
In Crazy Taxi I would gun it to the railroad track every.single.time. Loved trains as a kid and it was cool to get hit / run from a fast moving train in the game lol.
Then be better. Don’t be an asshole because someone else is an asshole. Don’t be petty because someone else is petty.
“What for me is a mild inconvenience is someone else’s life or death.”
Because it means it has depth; not everything in life has to be instant gratification. A game (or anything) that the more you interact with it, the more you get from it means there was a lot of time and effort put into making it. Should everything be like this? No, but appreciate the few things that are :)
For how nice the game looks, it runs amazingly well. DICE performed some sort of magic with battlefront
That’s a tough one, cause minecraft had very refined versions of battle royal servers years ago.

Super impressed how similar both of the voices are tbh
As someone who spent years playing and training for baseball, volleyball, track, and soccer, and has gone through many years of ladder climbing in battlefield and league of legends, both take an incredible amount of skill to be a professional at.
I think people are just getting defensive that a “game for basement dwellers” could be considered to be within the same umbrella.
Yeah maybe some people, what gets me is that majority of people completely disregard competitive esports as legidament even though they put just as much effort in as other sports players.
