I'd check out Assassin's Creed Unity. Higher resolution and PC specific additions such as the TXAA (for those jaggies), HBAO+ and SSPC (whatever teh soft shadow addition) makes for a HUGE difference. While it runs like shit, Unity is a great example of taking advantage of PC hardware.

Battlefield 3 runs at 30. Battlefield 4 is about to run at 30hz aswell.

I read that skill in Battlefield 4 takes into acc (in different percentages) your K/D, SPM, and KPM. Then was relative to your players level and how you compared to other characters of better level in a match.

Nothing will beat a dedicated gamepad. I've used the razer nostromo, now the razer orbweaver, and I can't use a regular keyboard anymore. It's actually comfortable and designed for long gaming sessions.

Actually, the PC release of CoD Ghosts was utter crap and ran worse than BF4 if used with the same hardware, even though the game is nowhere as near as demanding. So in terms of CoD and BF4 on PC, CoD didn't fare well either.
