I have seen this linked now in a bunch of articles about the Chappelle controversy. It shouldn’t devalue the argument being made about Chappelle though which is the intended effect from bringing this up.

Any conversation that Chappelle has with Netflix employees will become fodder for his next stand-up special. The more people try to engage with him the more contrarian he will become. There’s never going to be any real resolution here.
