You have shown zero proof that the forum posts are real. Since 37 out of 40 NHTSA posts were fake, it would seem the forum ones are as well. You posted this in your own story: “As the situation sits the NHTSA has confirmed that the Model S or Model X suspension systems are not a safety concern.” How, exactly does that

Tesla has issued two recalls without any prompting by a government agency and before any complaints were logged. I’d say that is exactly the opposite of “never admitting fault”.

I make dozens of forum posts in a day.

37 out of 40 cases reported to NHTSA were fake/fraud - so I dont see a problem with Tesla suspensions. Only problem I see is likely attempt to manipulate stock price by people who shorted it.

But wait...if 37 out of 40 complaints were fraudulent, wasn't tesla right to not admit anything wrong?

As far as I am concerned fake HNTSA submissions are a bigger issue, than snarky reply from Tesla. I see sarky response as perfectly appropriate to false accusations. Also, Niedermeyer and other trolls shold be investigated by SEC for possible attempt to manipulate stock prices for their financial benefit.
