You will always get a star from me when you quote Kent Brockman!

I, for one, welcome our new creaseless overlords.

If I don’t want creases on my pants, I sure as Hell don’t want them on my car.

The giant green “HYBRID” decals will be a $1,500 dealer installed option I expect.

I suspect the Peugeot may have been driven by someone unaccustomed to driving in the UK. The travel lane in the UK is on the left, with passing on the right. Presumably a slow vehicle would keep toward the left edge of a one-lane road to leave room on the right for people to pass. The Morgan driver may have expected

This is Americas best foreign policy act so far.

Not sure if it was avoidable, but maybe more time trying to stop/steer vice blowing the horn could have helped, but as you say all to easy to Monday morning QB.

The Morgan started out in the right side of the road, and kind of merged to the left. So I’m sure when the Peugeot driver initially started panicking, the left side was the most open place to aim while they slammed on the brakes.

I don’t know what the law is in the UK, but here in SoCal, the blame is 100% with the crossover. The Morgan was fully in lane and got rear-ended. The crossover was clearly driving too fast for conditions.

(In SoCal, if you rear-end somebody like that, it’s basically entirely on you)

i agree the morgan is at fault... but pug driver got caught napping too...

I can offer so points here.
In terms of safe driving, even in an imminnent crash situation, being predictable is the safest course of action. The rear driver cant possible know what the front driver will do and vice versa. The rear driver brakes and honks, probably hoping the front driver will steer to the right. The

The Peugeot driver was probably thinking that the Morgan was going to use the shoulder to get up to speed, merging over only after the Peugeot had passed.

The Torettos one (shirt) is awesome, also F&F is just now a mission impossible/xxx movie with some nice cars appearing in the background. Expect to see more missiles, hackers, explosions and dudes fighting in airplanes than races/rides.
