While that car probably isn’t still around, the hotel is open for business.

Uh yeah, I’m 100% in on that.

By “here”, we mean like, “in a computer here” or does this exist IRL?

Over a Toyota, I dont’t think that’s an issue for most people. I think Kia and Hyundai are seen in the same realm as Toyota. Now that they’re making fantastic sedans (and SUVs) they’re still going to have issues getting people to pay north of $40K/$50K for them new. Which is too bad, as you said they’re quite good.

Massively smart move, it’s about time! The sedans are fantastic, the latest Kia and Hyundai SUVs are also fantastic (particularly the Telluride) but lots of people I’ve talked to keep saying “yeah, but it’s a Kia”. Genesis was created to do what Lexus did for Toyota, I really hope it happens!

Yeah, saw that she wasn’t a fan of the size. It has definitely grown. As an enthusiast, I have a hard time saying “go buy that” but as an auto-journalist-type I was surprisingly impressed with my loaner a few weeks ago.

Strangely enough, the new RAV4 is pretty decent.

OK, that is pretty outdoorsy!

Pretty sure they’re hitmen...hitpersons.  Her outfit looks like it’s meant for wetwork.

I’m not sure there are many (at least mainstream) automakers with a prettier overall lineup than Lincoln. Combine that with big engines and lots of features and they should eat Cadillac’s lunch. Even my wife, who drives a MB GL and doesn’t typically stray from luxury nameplates was asking about the Aviator the other

That’s so appropriate!

Oh no, I know that. I was just wondering if the function of restarting an engine repeatedly emits more than just idling.

“An example of comfort and performance”

Not to thwart my own argument, but I definitely do it!

Good question. I think so, but I’m honestly not positive. I imagine it is done more of a MPG cost savings, which is also part of the overall argument here.

The counter to the idling climate change argument (aside from electric cars which basically negates it...) is the fact that an engine start-stop has been a feature on just about every press loaner I’ve driven in the last year. I can only assume that more and more cars on the road will be in “stop” mode for the most

Yep, I stood in line to get tickets and stood in line to get a seat.  I left quite satisfied, and while I don’t look back on it nearly as fondly as the originals (or even the latest stuff) there was no ruined childhood for me at least.

This was a crash that wasn’t a crash.

I was “meh” on the Evora at first, I actually thought it looked a little to bland. This dude changed that, and in a good way IMO.
