I think it's possible we can "purchase" the free PS4 games and download them later. I remember when Sony announced Warframe and Knack for pre-order, I went and pre-ordered Warframe (it's a F2P but it has some incentives) on the PC. It felt like ordering a PS PLUS PS3 game on the PC.
