People say the same thing about early Supras (86.5-92). Weight is not a problem for turbo cars...a pound of boost, give or take, will negate about 100 lbs of weight 1/4 mile-wise. Yes, it came in an underpowered non-turbo FF layout. So do most Hondas. Aftermarket support be damned, learn to weld.
