My god, It almost saddens me how dated this game looks now. Mostly how flat and simple the buildings of City 17 look. I used to worship the graphics in this game. Art direction still holds up, though. I love, love, loved the art book.

Well... if you watch the original's opening scene the ME logo "arc" is actually the curvature of the Earth behind it. So I call bullshit on the logo and put the rest of the conscious design decisions in the highly dubious pile.
