If you mean the PS3 and Xbox 360, never. If you mean the PS4 and Xbox One, they said patches will be delayed for them, but will eventually have them out on the same days as the PC.

To be fair there is only a limited amount of ways that you can rehash the same content. Are you suggesting that if it was a good idea, that Blizzard should not do it, just because another game did it first? PoE wouldn't even exist if not for Diablo.

Blizzard already said that they will support the PS4 and Xbox One (but not last generation) with the same patches as the PC. They also said that there would be a delay patching the consoles, but their ultimate goal is to get PC and console patches out on the same day. You dont need confirmation for each and every

You will not get the patch. Blizzard said that they will patch the PS4 and Xbox One but will not support the PS3 or Xbox 360 versions with patches (outside of the normal, its broken, lets fix it, patches)

They already said they were updating the PS4 and Xbox One versions to match the PC version patch for patch (except where features only make sense on a console or PC but not both), just that the consoles will be delayed by a bit, with their eventual goal to get console and PC patches out on the same day.

No one that actually payed attention laughed, since the PS1 and PS2 both had 10 year life spans before being discontinued. There was never any reason to think the PS3 wouldn't also.

My reply was more of a general reply (to the whole concept) as I am a console gamer and consistently get the "just hook your PC to your TV, its the same thing" comments. Steamboxes may eventually blur the line between consoles and PCs hooked up to your TV but right now they are dramatically different and I would take

It was supposed to be a replacement for game lobbies and a way to interact with your online friends outside of the game. Loading times killed it for me; well that and the fact that I don't really play online games.

The same thing ththat happens when you buy digital goods for any other online service or game when it shuts down, you lose them. The are ephemeral goods and you don't actually own anything.

Yes you can click on the left side to go to inventory, the right side to go to skills. While you are on any of the radial menu screens, swiping your finger on the touch pad scrolls around the radial menu.

PC Diablo 3 does not have the option to use a controller like the console versions do. Actually quite a few PC games don't have this option (some for obvious reasons, some like D3, for reasons unknown), and the ones that do, often have inadequate or broken support. Its a lot of work (relatively) to get a console

To be fair, although you are correct, "half the territories" doesn't mean much when they are both in all of the major territories that they will sell enough in to make any kind of dent for either of them. This is not to say that those territories are not important (for those living there) but they historically do not

I never said they would be, you just pulled that out of your ass to try and "win" an "argument" that is just one mans opinion about Ubis practices. (Although to be fair quite a few current generation customers feel the same way as I do) I said what they are doing (not releasing the game to the ~20 million current

Thats not the way I play. If I can't play all the games in a franchise, I won't play that franchise. The exceptions are franchise games that have absolutely nothing to do with any previous game in the franchise, they just happen to be by the same developer. If Ubisoft ever decides that they want to bring Rogue to

How am I not making sense? I do not wish to buy games for last generations hardware. I stopped buying/playing new games for it once its successor was announced. I shelved my PS3 and moved on. If they choose to not release a game in the AC franchise on the current generation of hardware, then I will not continue to

Sony has been approaching indie developers and asking what is it they can do to help the developer release this game on the Playstation. They are not just buying exclusives, they are hunting out indies that never would have made their game on the platform in the first place and doing whatever they can do to help them

Its even worse with AC, far worse. As a huge fan of AC, I will not be continuing in the franchise because they decided that the next gen console players don't need to play the next game in the series. I would rather the game look like ass, on current hardware, than look amazing on last generations hardware.

Now playing

They never claimed GTA5 was exclusive to the PS4. 1:35:00 to 1:36:35, their whole GTA5 presentation, clearly states "Coming to Playstation 4", no mention of exclusivity at all in the announce or the talk afterward:

Actually the sales of the previous game on the PS3 and PS4 were greater than those on the Xbox 360 and Xbox One, by quite a bit. Which makes their move all the more transparent as being guided by the Microsoft carrot.

Unfortunately this is true. The few online commentators that were going to buy the game, but decided against it because of this stunt, won't even put a dent in sales. In fact, being timed exclusive means that it will come out later (read: after Uncharted) so as to not compete for the time/mindshare/money on a single
