It's especially sad because Lana, despite the Wachowskis' sometimes-pretentious nature, seems like a really delightful person. Just reading her interviews I've been sort of stunned that someone could be so eloquent in everyday speech. It's a shame that so many people can't see past her sexual orientation.

You're all being hateful and rude. An eye for an eye makes the whole world blind (excepting the one guy left with one eye, 'cause how's the last blind guy gonna get the last guy's eye?).

"Chuck Vs. Santa Claus" is also one of the darkest episodes of the show, and indicative of the direction I wish the series had taken. What with Sarah killing the guy basically in cold blood at the end as Chuck watches and sort-of realizes that Sarah's a killer through and through. There's a legitimately great TV show…

Also notably absent from this list: Chuck Versus Santa Claus. Chuck from S3 on was basically terrible, but the second season is a boatload of fun, and that episode might be my favorite of the entire series.

And compared to TDKR, this isn't much of an "all is lost" moment. His ten-million-dollar house is blown up! He's forced to walk through snow! If this series wasn't scheduled to go on indefinitely, it would almost be like there are actual stakes!

I, for one, will be severely disappointed if it does not star an albino and a mulatto.

This isn't technically with parents, but:
